HOSPITAL COMPOUND


Doctors Living Space

1. Windows and screens
2. New kitchen in unit over garage
3. Lights and fans

Outpatient Clinic

1. Build new steps to dorm
2. Fix balcony out back
4. Paint outside of building
5. Install lights and fans as needed
6. Install stools, showers and sinks
7. Shutters and screens - lower part
8. Paint rooms as needed
9. Finish tile on steps

Lower part of Hospital

1. Screens on windows
2. New shutters on windows
3. New cabinets and counter tops in nurses station
4. New lights and fans in all rooms
5. New wiring throughout lower part
6. Paint all beds
7. Old bathrooms redone and teach people how to use them
8. Springs on all doors leading to outside.

Maternity House

1. Tile all floors
2. Crepe all walls
3. Paint inside and out
4. Finish wiring
5. Install lights and fans
6. Install all stools, showers and sinks
7. Bars on windows
8. Screens and shutters
9. Finish back steps to roof
10. Build septic tank

Hospital Grounds

1. Cement drives and parking
2. Landscape grounds
3. Plant trees and flowers- build bougainvillea trees from steel
4. Build a water catchment system

Lab

1. Paint outside
2. Fix windows on west side of building

Eye Surgery

1. Paint outside
2. Paint inside
3. Work on wiring

Eye Clinic

1. Paint and tile floors

Family Clinic

1. Paint inside - all rooms
2. New floor tile
3. Lights and fans
4. New plugs and switches
5. Needs rewired

Gyrlene's Office

1. One air conditioner
2. Cabinets with doors
3. Paint second room
4. Cabinets for books
5. Needs printer HP lazer jet

Main Office

1. 36' x 60" file cabinet
2. Paint Hall
3. Need one l0,000 BTU 15" high air conditioner

Minnesota House

1. Replace plumbing
2. Look at New septic
3. Fix stools and showers
4. Fix kitchen and new stove

Iowa House

1. Replace all wiring
2. Install new inverter
3. Install hot water heater
4. Put bars on upper story windows
5. Build new railing on top
6. Put canopy on top
7. Tile floors on upper floor

Schools - All

1. New signs
2. New desks

Three Bears School

1. Well
2. Latrine
3. Paint
